Waimea Waterfall, originally called Waimea
Falls Park, is a beautiful waterfall. The 45-foot high
Waimea Falls is the main attraction of the park. Here,
divers tested their courage and skills in Hawaiian warrior
games by climbing the slippery waterfall and diving from
ledges into the rocky pool below. Lifejackets were
provided. Since he changing rooms right at the waterfall are
dark, we suggest visitors to change clothing or use the
restrooms at the beginning of the trail. |
