Molokai is now "The Most Hawaiian Island," and it's always been "The Friendly Island."
Molokai is small, empty, and beautiful. Only 260 square miles in area, the Friendly Island offers some of the most beautiful terrain to be found in all the Hawaiian islands.
The island is composed of three regions: Western Molokai is an arid plateau used for cattle ranching. Eastern Molokai is home to rugged mountains, including Kamakou, which, at 4,970 feet is the highest point on the mountain. The central region of the island is a plain, and a very fertile one indeed.
