Shipwreck Beach is a premier attraction on
Lanai island. Since the 19th century this windy beach has
wrecked several ships along its rocky channel. This beach is
continuously hit by currents of the Kalohi and Auau
Channels. Swimming in this area is extremely unsafe most of
the time. Located on the northeastern area of Lanai,
Shipwreck Beach is accessible by 4WD vehicle.
