Rainbow Falls

Rainbow Falls
Rainbow Falls State Park got its name when the sun light pass through the mist generated the waterfall, creating wonderful rainbows. Swimming used to be fine but is now prohibited for safety reasons. The best time to visit Rainbow Falls is in the morning hours.
If you go in the morning you may be rewarded with the rainbows as the morning sun shines through the mist from the waterfalls. The surrounding trails also provide many lookouts. There's a huge cavern underneath the falls.
